Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Sr Web Analytics & Insights Manager in Austin (hybrid) to translate raw web data into actionable narratives for leadership. You’ll own full-funnel analytics using Adobe Analytics, CJA, ContentSquare, and CoWorker to drive weekly reviews and quarterly reporting, partnering with web PMs, marketing, and executives.

You'll build trust-worthy dashboards, maintain data governance, and present clear recommendations with impact-focused storytelling across Acquisition to Conversion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, or ContentSquare.
• Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working across the full funnel from acquisition to conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative behind the numbers and build advanced analytical models.
• Develop and maintain CJA and ContentSquare dashboards used by collaborators.
• Partner with web PMs, marketing, and leadership to scope analytics needs.
• Guard data integrity across the full funnel following governance standards.
• Present findings with a clear point of view and actionable recommendations.
