Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to serve as a strategic partner for our clients. You will shape measurement strategy for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, translating complex business problems into clear analytics roadmaps and guiding analytics engineers and developers.

You will lead workshops, audit implementations, build dashboards, and tell data stories that executives can act on.

Qualifications

5+ years in an agency environment.
5+ years with Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA.
Solid grasp of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
Adobe Analytics and CJA certifications.
Exposure to AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategize and design analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA with clients and engineering teams.
Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements.
Audit existing implementations.
Produce and maintain analytics documentation (BRDs, SDRs, TDDs).
Configure report suites in Adobe Analytics and CJA and multi-channel implementations.
Build dashboards and reporting that tell a clear story.
Translate findings into narratives for executives and marketing leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholder teams guiding analytics strategy.
Present analytics findings and run hands-on training sessions.
Handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Stay involved in the analytics community.
