Job summary

ProCare Rx is seeking a data-driven Reporting/BI Analyst to develop and maintain company-wide reports, dashboards, and data extracts from reporting databases. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across analytics solutions.

You will work on ETL processes, data warehousing support, and automation of recurring reports while training end-users on reporting tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Data Analytics, CS, Systems Analysis and Design, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of data analytics, including ability to understand business questions, interpret data, identify trends and relationships, and translate analytical needs into effective reporting or data solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to understand reporting and analytics requirements and determine how data, systems, queries, tools, and processes should work together to produce accurate and useful results.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS-SQL and accomplished as a query writer preferred.
• Experience with SSIS and MySQL preferred.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, or similar programming, analytics, visualization, or business intelligence tools preferred.
• Working knowledge of BI tools preferred; knowledge of QlikView beneficial but not required.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, data extracts, automated reporting processes, or other data-driven solutions preferred.
• Pharmacy knowledge or Healthcare industry background very helpful.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creates and supports company-wide reporting from reporting databases.
• Applies data analytics concepts to understand business questions and develop reporting solutions.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications, data requirements, and dashboards.
• Gathers requirements with end users and stakeholders to ensure correct outputs and validation.
• Imports, exports, aggregates, transforms, and processes data company-wide.
• Designs, develops, and maintains reports, dashboards, and data extracts using BI tools.
• Supports data warehousing and data integration projects.
• Defines Inputs, Processes, and Outputs with reporting customers for specific activities.
• Documents reports, dashboards, data processes, calculations, and business rules.
• Standardizes reports across the company for consistency and data integrity.
• Maintains on-time running, monitoring, and distribution of reports and data files.
• Optimizes slow-running reports and data processes.
• Develops ETL functions and data integration processes supporting reporting systems.
• Automates execution, distribution, and monitoring of large data processes.
• Uses scripting/automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Provides end-user training on report-writing and BI tools.
