Job summary

JD Power’s Analytics team, a hybrid SAFe environment, seeks a project manager to execute and optimize data-driven AI/ML products across automotive data assets. You will partner with product and technology teams to plan, measure KPIs, and improve performance in a fast-paced, high-visibility role.

You will drive program increments, track metrics, and ensure rigorous planning, accountability, and clear leadership updates while bridging business objectives with technical execution.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills for leadership updates.
• Experience bridging business objectives and technical execution.
• Proficiency in SAFe; experience with Agile and Waterfall; Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project.
• Experience applying AI tools to PM workflows.
• RAID discipline, schedule and budget oversight.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate program increment planning and retrospectives.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery across teams and functions.
• Maintain the committed project plan with transparency.
• Drive adoption of product planning practices.
• Apply hybrid toolkit of project management, agile delivery, and business analysis.
• Collaborate with leads to monitor progress and align objectives.
• Set annual KPI objectives and report on them with analytics teams.
