JD Power’s Analytics team seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end program delivery across data science, AI, ML, and analytics initiatives. You will align business objectives with technical execution while advancing product planning maturity in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

5–8 years of project management experience.
Strong accountability and ownership of commitments.
Self-starter with minimal direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership.
Experience in technology-centric environments bridging business objectives and technical execution.
Proficiency in SAFe; Agile and Waterfall; Jira/Smartsheet/Microsoft Project.
Experience applying AI tools to PM workflows.
Strong RAID discipline, schedule management, and budget oversight.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate program increment quarterly planning events and improvement workshops.
Track and communicate metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and functions.
Maintain the committed project plan and schedule with transparency.
Drive adoption of product planning practices across the organization.
Apply a hybrid toolkit of technical PM, agile delivery and business analysis.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align business and technical goals.
Partner with Analytics leaders to set and measure KPI objectives year over year.
Identify risks and implement countermeasures.
