Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a metrics and analytics leader to define and govern how digital and international customer experiences are measured across Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks.

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
This role will define what we measure and how we track it across digital platforms like the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks. Sitting at the intersection of product, business, and data, this role owns the measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences — determining the metrics and KPIs the product team needs and partnering with data engineers to source and deliver that data. The ideal candidate cuts through ambiguity, has strong technical aptitude and data skills, and can rally both internal teams and global partners around a cohesive international strategy.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing tochallenge the status quo
Can cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliverresults in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build good connections within Delta’s commercialand IT departments, as well as with external vendors
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand andsupport complex systems, integrations, and data flows
Ability to develop and own technical solutions incollaboration with commercial organizations and IT, from ideation toimplementation
Excellent written and verbal skills and ability tocommunicate effectively with all levels of Delta’s organization
Strong analytical and data skills
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Is at least 18 years of age and hasauthorization to work in the United States.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED,or high school equivalency.
