At Delta Airlines, this Analytics Product Manager role focuses on building a clear measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences across the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks. You will partner with data engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define the metrics that matter, secure the right data, and drive adoption of the insights across internal teams and global partners. This is an onsite position in Atlanta, Georgia.

How you’ll help us keep climbing

• Define what gets measured and how tracking will work across digital platforms including the Fly Delta App, delta.com, and airport kiosks.
• Own the measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences, determining the metrics and KPIs the product team needs.
• Partner with data engineers to source and deliver the data required for measurement and reporting.
• Establish the metrics and KPIs the product team needs, in collaboration with data engineers responsible for sourcing and delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and global partners to support a cohesive international strategy.

What will give you a competitive edge

• Working knowledge of airlines and airline tools, processes, and data is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multiple projects with limited supervision, including making well-informed priority tradeoffs.
• Ability to work with and rally diverse teams toward a shared goal.

Requirements
