Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Manager of Value-Based Care Analytics to lead a three-person team, build analytics capabilities, and support DTE and value-based care initiatives. This role balances people leadership with hands-on data analysis, reporting and stakeholder collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics/information systems.
Minimum 5 years in analytics with 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience with healthcare analytics platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic analytics initiatives aligned to system goals.
Lead data collection, processing, modeling, analysis and insights.
Oversee analytics platform implementations and data integrity.
Collaborate with executives to drive data-driven decisions.
Mentor and coach analytics staff; ensure quality controls and standards.
