Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains aligned to enterprise priorities.
Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data to identify insights and inform recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, validate insights, and drive alignment.
Evaluate external partners and vendors, supporting build vs. buy decisions and ensuring delivery against objectives.
Support implementation of digital and operational solutions, including workflow design and scaling.
