Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Manager of Value-Based Care Analytics to lead a small team focused on building analytics capabilities for the Direct-to-Employer (DTE) program and value-based care initiatives.

The role requires strong technical expertise in analytics platforms, data integration, and reporting, with a hands-on leadership approach and collaboration with executive leadership. Candidates should have a background in healthcare analytics and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years in Analytics and Information systems with three (3) years in leadership.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience leading analytics teams, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analytics team delivering data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Oversee data collection, processing, modeling, and reporting for value-based care and DTE initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
• Guide implementation of analytics platforms and system transitions.
