Subway Headquarters is seeking a Product Manager - Agentic Reporting to build insights and reporting tools that help Subway operators understand their business and make better decisions—putting the right data in front of the right people at the right time.

This role requires thinking in systems, leading with conviction, and solving hard problems at scale, while partnering with engineering to drive high-velocity delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of data or reporting products.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and drive alignment.
• Technical fluency with engineering teams and data-driven thinking.
• Interest in AI-driven automation to unlock value for users and business.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for reporting products; define scope and scale.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship at high velocity with data-driven decisions.
• Spend time with franchisees to understand real problems before solving them.
• Use metrics to inform decisions, run experiments, and measure impact.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and implement feasible solutions.
