Nourish is seeking an Analytics Manager in New York City to lead a team of analytics engineers and own the analytics roadmap. You’ll partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product to deliver reliable data foundations that enable data-driven decisions across supply, demand, and marketing.

The role combines analytics engineering, business insights, and people leadership in a hybrid office-based environment. 5+ years of experience and a passion for data-driven healthcare are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning analytics end to end at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Have 2+ years of leadership experience guiding a team and setting technical vision to support growth.
• Strong SQL literacy and data modeling fundamentals for scalable analytics.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, ETLs, and building robust data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analytics Engineers: plan, prioritize, mentor, and hire.
• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across data modeling, BI, and AI-enabled analytics; set technical standards.
• Deliver high-impact insights by solving ambiguous problems and partnering with leadership.
• Build and maintain a robust data foundation by validating pipelines with Engineering.
• Champion a data-first culture; drive evidence-based decisions and clear documentation.
