This role blends analytics engineering with strategic analysis and requires collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Product, with NYC-based in-office days a few times per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics ownership at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Proficient in clean, performant SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran; strong ETL/infra knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytics stack for a business-critical function—from raw data to models, dashboards, and insights.
• Deliver high-impact insights by partnering with stakeholders to uncover growth and efficiency levers.
• Build dashboards that drive action with clear, actionable data for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate and optimize data pipelines and ensure a trusted single source of truth.
• Champion a data-first culture by documenting findings and guiding decisions across teams.
