Nourish in New York is scaling its data capabilities and is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of Analytics Engineers. You will shape the analytics strategy, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product, and drive the roadmap that turns data into actionable business insights.

Based in NYC, the team rotates into the office 2–3 days per week; you’ll hire, mentor, and align the team around reliable data foundations, robust modeling, and high-impact analyses that inform growth,

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning analytics end to end at a fast-paced company.
• 2+ years of leadership leading teams and setting technical vision.
• Deep expertise in analytics engineering: SQL, dbt, ETLs, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and prioritization for Analytics Engineers; guide execution and hiring.
• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across modeling, BI, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Deliver high-impact insights by tackling ambiguous questions with structured roadmaps.
• Build and maintain a robust data foundation with reliable pipelines.
• Champion a data-first culture and enable evidence-based decision making.
