Job summary

Nourish is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analytics engineers in NYC. You will shape the analytics roadmap, collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product, and drive data-driven decisions across supply, demand, marketing, and operations.

You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, implement scalable data infrastructure, and mentor team members to deliver high-impact insights that improve patient outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning analytics end-to-end at a fast-paced company.
• 2+ years of leadership experience directing a team and setting technical vision.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured, actionable roadmaps.
• Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering: SQL, data modeling, ETLs, infrastructure.
• Experience with dbt and data integration tools (e.g., Fivetran).
• Curiosity, strategic mindset, and outcome-focused approach.
• Proven ability to design scalable data systems and own end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analytics Engineers; guide prioritization and execution.
• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across modeling, BI, and AI analytics.
• Produce high-impact insights by tackling ambiguous business questions.
• Partner with Engineering to validate pipelines and maintain a trusted data foundation.
• Champion a data-first culture and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
