Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is building a high-growth, AI-native digital health platform based in New York. We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analytics engineers, define the analytics roadmap, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product to enable trusted data-driven decisions.

You will own end-to-end analytics, build scalable data foundations, and drive evidence-based outcomes across supply, demand, marketing, and operations. NYC-based team with 2–3 days in office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing analytics teams.
• Strong SQL writing and analytics engineering capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran.
• Ability to design scalable data foundations and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Analytics Engineers; drive planning and execution.
• Define and deliver Nourish's analytics roadmap across data modeling, BI, and AI analytics.
• Deliver high-impact insights by solving complex analytics questions with leadership partners.
