Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is building a data-driven health platform in NYC, embedding data science into the product to improve patient outcomes and lifecycle engagement.

You will own analytics for the patient lifecycle, develop production models for churn and resurrection, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to turn insights into business opportunities. You will contribute to the experimentation platform and help scale analytics across an AI-native digital health system that matches patients

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science or product analytics experience with a consumer tech product or marketplace
• Strong SQL and Python skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Own patient lifecycle analytics end-to-end and surface insights shaping the product roadmap
• Develop production-ready predictive models for churn, resurrection, and targeting
• Deliver high-impact analyses and clear recommendations with sized business opportunities
• Drive design and analysis of experiments; apply causal inference where experiments aren’t feasible
• Partner with Product to size problems and shape team priorities and roadmaps
• Contribute to the experimentation platform and ensure tooling used by cross-functional teams
