Job description

Location: 1515 Broadway, New York, NY 10036

Work Schedule: Onsite full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Background

Our international third-party measurement footprint is expanding significantly on the back of recent sports rights investment across the UK, Canada, Germany, and Mexico. This has triggered renewed measurement priority not only in those markets, but specifically in Germany, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia, taking the active or near-active market count from 4 to 8+ within the year.

The International 3P Measurement function is currently a two-person team: one person owns all vendor and Joint Industry Committee relationships, ad hoc stakeholder analytics, and complex reporting, while a second Senior Data Analyst owns data infrastructure and pipelines. As the market portfolio has grown, the relationship and analytics-facing workload has increased, including evaluating and onboarding new measurement providers, building out reporting for newly subscribed markets, and assessing opportunities in additional markets.

This role is requested on a project basis to resource that specific body of work: independently owned ad hoc analytics and reporting across the international portfolio, plus vendor and JIC relationship support, including methodology assessment, briefing preparation, day-to-day account management for vendor-model markets, and related financial administration.

Team Overview

As the voice of the user, the Global Research & Insights team blends quantitative and qualitative research to deliver actionable insights grounded in user behavior, preferences and the broader streaming landscape. The team supports key stakeholders across Paramount+ and Pluto TV with strategic, content, product, and marketing research on a global scale.

In addition to consumer-focused studies, the team analyzes third-party and syndicated measurements, primarily focused on video audience measurement initiatives such as Barb in the UK, Numeris in Canada and Médiamétrie in France, to complement internal sources, track competitor performance, and uncover market trends.

The Manager will be part of a dedicated team focused on third-party data, responsible for extracting insights, building analytical solutions, and surfacing key market intelligence for stakeholders across all international markets. This role will report to the VP, Global Streaming Research and Insights.
