Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Vice President and team to design, execute, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative research projects (surveys, online research, focus groups, and more) focused primarily on streaming, as well as broader media, technology, and audience insights topics.
Re-launch and oversee Post Run Testing for Original titles, working with internal stakeholders and research vendors to survey viewers of priority content.
Utilize syndicated data to produce weekly reports on awareness, attribution, and intent to view for Paramount+ titles.
Analyze data from the Global Streaming Tracker to monitor brand awareness, performance, and perception across key markets for streaming services.
Manage and direct research vendors; integrate perspective to ensure projects deliver valuable insights and meet business objectives; champion effective communication of findings across the company.
Support the insights team in building best-practice processes and expanding insight tools and systems.
