Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Analytics Lead, Total Rewards to join our team. This role blends people data, financial modeling, and systems intelligence to deliver scalable insights and automated tooling. You’ll design dashboards, improve data quality, and partner with HR and Finance.

You’ll also build models for compensation planning, benchmarking, and headcount forecasting, while safeguarding sensitive information and driving efficiency with AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

3–7 years in data analytics, finance, or systems-focused roles.
Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling experience.
Experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Own reporting across HR-related data and dashboards.
Build and maintain financial models for compensation and headcount planning.
Develop AI-enabled tooling and automate recurring data tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear data narratives.
