Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and data, including HRIS/ATS and compensation or performance platforms.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, modeling concepts, and working in a data stack.
• Ability to translate technical analyses into actionable leadership narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own data engineering stack: dbt models in BigQuery and staging layers from HR sources.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents to automate HR workflows and surface workforce insights.
• Collaborate with IT to productionize solutions and coordinate vendor partnerships.
• Scope internal tooling to replace vendor products and accelerate prototyping.
• Build pipelines and data products to surface executive-level workforce metrics.
