Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team. You will analyze large datasets, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support channel growth for Flights across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and data science, leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Python/R to drive campaigns and measure impact. This role demands strong storytelling and stakeholder communication across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as Data Analyst or big data projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics and Finance.
• Proficient with BI tools and data warehouses; SQL, Tableau, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals and growth across channels.
• Lead development, execution, and optimization for Flights marketing.
• Analyze large, complex datasets and translate into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams.
• Present findings to senior management clearly and concisely.
