Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead and optimize our Flights marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will translate large datasets into actionable insights that drive growth for Agoda’s Flights business.

You’ll partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply teams to test hypotheses, design experiments, and communicate results to senior leadership while delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Data Analyst position or big data projects in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics/Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities with proficiency in creating impactful presentations.

Responsibilities

• Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Spearhead development, execution, and optimisation strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply teams to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends in data.
• Communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management.
