Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Analytics Lead to join a large payments client on a 12 month contract remote across the United States. The successful candidate will be joining an external client project to enhance the customer experience for one of their credit card products. The responsibilities of this individual include analyzing customer data and extracting actionable insights to drive more strategic client offers within the product. Previous experience working in quantitative analytics roles within the financial industry, A/B testing, adobe analytics, SAS/SQL data analysis, and coding experience with Python/R is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5-7 years experience working in quantitative analytics within the financial services domain
2. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required (i.e., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Operations Research).
3. Experience in drive to web strategies, A/B testing and Adobe analytics or equivalent
4. Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data using SAS/SQL DB and coding or Python/R
5. Excellent communication skills, proactive communicator, providing status updates
