We're hiring a Product Analytics Lead to own product analytics and connect the dots across the full customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role that will shape how we understand user behavior, optimize the experience, and inform product strategy.

Who we’re looking for:

You're a product-obsessed analyst with a strong sense for how users interact with software—and the data chops to back it up. You thrive at the intersection of data and product strategy, using analytics to uncover friction points, growth opportunities, and moments of delight.

You've built or significantly contributed to analytics programs in fast-paced SaaS environments—ideally B2B and product-led—and you're looking to stretch into broader ownership. You know how to influence decisions, mentor others, and design for scale—all while you're still hands-on with the work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Product Analytics: Define core product metrics, develop reporting frameworks, and partner with product and design to uncover insights that shape our roadmap.
  • Define Event & Tagging Strategy: Partner with product and engineering to define behavioral analytics events, implement a consistent tagging strategy, and ensure reliable instrumentation across features using Segment.
  • Map the Full Customer Journey: Connect data across product, marketing, and customer support to illuminate the end-to-end user experience and drive lifecycle improvements.
  • Build for Scale: Develop reusable data models, dashboards, and processes that support both strategic deep dives and self-serve exploration.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on KPIs, data definitions, and measurement strategies.
  • Mentor & Upskill: Support junior analysts and cross-functional partners in developing stronger data fluency and storytelling capabilities.
  • Drive Insight to Action: Translate analysis into clear recommendations, enabling product and go-to-market teams to act with confidence and speed.
  • Influence Analytics Strategy: Contribute to the vision and evolution of the analytics function, laying the groundwork for future team growth and technical depth.
  • Product Analytics Expertise: 5+ years in analytics roles with a strong focus on product and user behavior; experience in SaaS required.
  • Customer Journey Thinking: Comfortable connecting data across functions and tools to tell a cohesive story of the user lifecycle.
  • Strategic Curiosity: Naturally ask "why," explore second-order effects, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
  • Technical Skillset: Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience using tools like Looker, Mode, Amplitude, Segment, or similar. Comfortable learning the product at a deep level to inform event design and ensure accurate tracking. Bonus for experience with dbt, Snowflake, or behavioral event modeling.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Growth Potential: Experience or aspiration to take on broader leadership responsibilities, with a desire to shape the future of analytics at a high-growth company.
