Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a hands-on analytics leader to join an enterprise analytics function supporting a large, national fleet. Based in South Charlotte, regular onsite presence is expected and you will partner with fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, data engineering, and other business functions.

You will own operational reporting, KPI development, and the analytics roadmap, working with Databricks, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in analytics, BI, or insights roles.
• Delivered analyses that influenced business decisions.
• Exposure to fleet, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Advanced Power BI skills with DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
