Job summary

Inroads is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support government-facing digital services. You will design data workflows, validate reporting across cloud and on-prem environments, and ensure measurable front- and back-end features for a high-profile US government client.

Collaboration with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders is key. The role emphasizes Databricks, Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery experience, and strong SQL/Python/R skills, with eligibility for a Federal Public Trust

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree plus 4+ years of progressive experience analyzing data or supporting analytics workflows; or 6+ years of highly relevant experience without an undergraduate degree.
• Foundational understanding of customer journey mapping for a high-volume consumer-facing web application.
• Experience with production program data in Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or another data warehousing software.
• Comfortable contributing your technical perspective during solutioning sessions to meet data processing and analytics goals.
• Track record of deriving data processing requirements from product designs and business goals.

• Interact with the tech stack to design and orchestrate data workflows.
• Support a high-profile government service relied on by millions of Americans.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve accurate, streamlined reporting.
• Develop repeatable data workflows between cloud and on-prem environments, landing in Databricks for PowerBI reporting access.
• Implement workflow efficiencies aligned with new features and program components.
• Collaborate with the client’s other technical teams to interrogate data discrepancies and adjust data models for consistent reporting.
