Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of secure data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and mission stakeholders to process structured and unstructured data using Databricks, Spark, Palantir Foundry, or comparable platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and an active US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of data engineering, software development, or analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with data validation and modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Understanding of version control, testing, and Agile development.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Active US government security clearance.
