Job summary

OnePay is seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable, partnering with product, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable data solutions.

You will mentor analytics engineers, champion data governance, and guide architecture of our cloud-based analytics stack to support growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI with 2+ years in leadership.
• Advanced SQL, Databricks, and dbt expertise.
• Experience scaling data transformation pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong data modeling, testing, and documentation practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing.
• Experience leading high-performance technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analytics engineers to build robust data pipelines and models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Establish data governance and quality standards across the organization.
• Drive design and optimization of the data analytics infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Oversee analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
