You will own end-to-end analytics, deliver high-impact insights, and drive a data-first culture across the organization, with NYC-based hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning analytics end to end at a high-growth company.
• 2+ years of leadership experience defining and driving technical vision.
• Able to translate complex data asks into structured roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analytics Engineers; guide execution and hiring.
• Define and deliver the analytics roadmap across modeling, BI, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Partner with Engineering to validate pipelines and maintain a trusted single source of truth.
• Deliver high-impact insights by tackling ambiguous questions with leadership.
• Champion a data-first culture with clear documentation and evidence-based decisions.
