Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar analytics-focused role.
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, and Palantir Foundry.
• Proven ability to build scalable data models and data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data models that support business operations and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytics workflows.
• Create trusted, reliable datasets enabling self-service reporting and advanced analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and automation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish data best practices and support enterprise data platforms.
