Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar analytics-focused role.
• Advanced SQL expertise and strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, and Palantir Foundry.
• Proven ability to build scalable data models and data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.

We're conducting a confidential search for an Analytics Engineer to join a rapidly growing technology organization. This role will lead the design and development of scalable data models, data products, and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data models that support business operations and analytics initiatives


• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business functions to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions


• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytics workflows


• Create trusted, reliable, and extensible datasets that enable self-service reporting and advanced analytics


• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and automation


• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing insights and recommendations from complex datasets


• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish data best practices and support enterprise data platform initiatives


• Drive data quality, governance, and scalability across analytics systems

Qualifications

Compensation

• IC3: Up to $170,000 base salary + equity


• Senior Level: Up to $220,000 base salary + equity
