Job summary

Greystar offers an Analytics Engineering Intern role within the D²AI organization to solve real business problems using data. You will own a scoped project from start to finish, gaining hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI-assisted development.

You will partner with business teams to understand goals and data needs, build data models, analyze data quality, and present your final capstone project to leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with SQL and Python via coursework, projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate data models using SQL, Python and Databricks.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow.
• Analyze data quality and develop practical solutions.
• Test, document, and improve work based on feedback.
