Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient SQL & data modeling for analytics.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of data engineering/BI/analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain databases, data marts, and models; optimize SQL queries and procedures.
• Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reporting for financial, operational, and regulatory reporting.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines across clinical, financial, and operational data sources.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and implement data quality checks and governance.
