Premier Health is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to deliver high‑complexity reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across clinical, quality, regulatory, and financial domains. This role requires advanced SQL, ETL, and data visualization skills and leadership abilities.

You will mentor teammates, gather stakeholder requirements, and drive end‑to‑end delivery of data platforms that enable self‑service analytics and timely, informed decision making for Premier Health IT and operations.

Competenze

• Analytics, SQL coding, visualization, and data structures.
• Three years of experience with a visualization application and analytics presentation layers.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS; data profiling and metadata management preferred.

• Works independently and as part of a team, mentoring less senior members.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders and translates them into build/test/implementation.
• Develops, tests, and implements reporting and analytics solutions meeting departmental objectives.
• Creates and executes unit/integration test plans; works with users during UAT.
• Develops complex ETL routines to populate data repositories.
• Builds end-user data platforms for self‑service analytics.
• Manages projects using PM methodologies and change control policies.
• Meets project deadlines through collaborative work processes.
• Keeps up with analytics tools and industry best practices.
