Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer for our Strategic Analytics Department to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, models, and reports. You will work with SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau to support executive and operational decision making.

The role emphasizes data governance, data quality checks, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, and complex SQL optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain databases and data models; write and optimize SQL queries.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Create ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and governance across reporting assets.
