Job summary

Warp seeks an Analytics Engineer to own and optimize data across Operations, Infrastructure, and Research. You will define metrics, design experiments, and adapt data models to support new features and pricing.

Build canonical data models, ETL, and AI-powered automation for the data team. You will also partner with GTM and revenue analytics, surface product-qualified leads, and drive data-informed decisions across the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics-focused data roles.
• Fluent in SQL and dbt on modern warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Metabase).
• Able to balance business impact with scalable data engineering and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure impact of changes.
• Adapt data models for new product features, pricing, and revenue analytics.
• Write production ETL to ingest data sources and push data to downstream consumers.
• Develop AI agents to automate data team workflows and ensure data quality.
