Job summary

Rogo is seeking an Analytics Engineer to partner with Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering to turn raw data into decisions. You will build pipelines, models, and dashboards across the data ecosystem, from third-party datasets to customer-facing reports.

The role is cross-domain and domain-agnostic; you’ll own end-to-end analytics, shape data quality, and empower stakeholders with reliable insights using modern tooling like dbt, Snowflake, and Looker.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a closely related role.
• Deep SQL proficiency and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred).
• Hands-on dbt experience: models, tests, macros, and well-structured transformations.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders (Sigma, Looker, Hex).
• A full-stack mindset — you don’t hand off problems at the edge of your job description; you follow them through.
• Business instinct — you understand that data work exists to drive decisions, and you connect output to outcomes.
• Comfort operating across multiple stakeholders and domains without a lot of hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and extend data pipelines and dbt models for clean datasets.
• Own reporting layer across key business domains with internal tooling and dashboards.
• Develop familiarity with Rogo’s data model and become a go-to data resource for stakeholders.
• Support third-party vendor relationships with financial data providers in close partnership with engineering and the data PM.
• Support GTM analytics by building the data layer that powers account health, pipeline reporting, and customer activity tracking.
• Build customer-facing analytics and usage reporting for enterprise customers.
• Partner with Finance on FP&A data infrastructure, unit economics, and board reporting.
• Contribute to high standards for data quality, testing, and documentation across the analytics codebase.
