Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform, seeks a data analyst to empower both people and AI agents with reliable data and insights. This hands-on role covers data pipelining, semantic modeling, and end‑to‑end analyses to drive product and business decisions across GTM, Product, and other teams.

You will own dbt models, build dashboards, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure data integrity while enabling self-service reporting for stakeholders and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering roles.
• Strong SQL and debugging complex logic.
• Experience translating data insights into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building models in dbt or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive business decision‑making by scoping questions with stakeholders and turning analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunity areas across verticals and serve as a data domain expert for sources and metrics.
• Build and maintain models via dbt and manage end‑to‑end data onboarding, tests, and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and usefulness by collaborating with data engineering and sharing context with end users.
• Own BI reporting across multiple verticals, updating or deprecating assets as needed.
