Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with data-intensive backend systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with GCP or equivalent cloud stack.
• Deep expertise in Python for backend and API systems; proficient in Rust/C++/Java.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems with observability and data pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
• Passion for corporate finance and financial data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own critical data infrastructure end-to-end from conception to production.
• Architect for scale and performance with high throughput and low latency.
• Drive data integration across market data vendors and providers.
• Collaborate with Core AI to ensure clean, structured data for models.
• Build secure, compliant integrations handling enterprise data with care.
