Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Decision Intelligence team and build data products that drive business decisions across the organization. You will work with engineers, analysts, and product leaders to deliver dashboards, predictive models, and lightweight web apps that customers and leaders rely on daily.

You will design robust data models in Databricks, craft rigorous experiments, and present trade-offs to executives while collaborating with platform teams to scale

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-performing analytics or data team with end-to-end ownership.
• Academic background in Analytics, CS, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling with grain, keys, referential integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end, from business question to data product in use.
• Build data models behind products in Databricks and SQL with strong referential integrity.
• Design experiments and measurement plans to prove program impact.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, from operators to executives.
• Identify products worth graduating to enterprise platforms (GPS, Podium).
• Contribute reusable patterns, tooling, and documentation.
