Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Analytics Engineer within the Decision Intelligence team to turn data foundations into usable products like dashboards, predictive models, and lightweight web apps. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to turn business questions into data insights and actionable recommendations.

You’ll use SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI tools daily to build, test, and deploy data products that inform decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-performing analytics/analytics engineering or data team
• Academic background in Analytics, CS, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience with grain, keys, referential integrity
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and tooling
• Experience building data models/pipelines on modern lakehouse/warehouse platforms

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end from question to data product deployment
• Build data products (dashboards, models, web apps) and iterate with users
• Work with AI tooling daily to design faster and smarter solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, testing, and monitoring across products
