Job summary

Greystar's D²AI organization is building the data foundation that powers AI across the company. As an Analytics Engineer on a forward‑deployed pod, you’ll turn that foundation into working data products—dashboards, predictive models, or lightweight web apps—used by business teams to make daily decisions.

You’ll work with engineers, designers, and product leaders, using SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI tooling to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or data team.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling with attention to grain and keys.
• Experience building data models/pipelines on a lakehouse or Databricks.
• Fluency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Own analytics initiatives end to end from question to data product.
• Build dashboards, predictive models, and lightweight web apps.
• Validate data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product partners to scale data solutions.
