Job summary

Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer to support a modern automated data platform.

You will build data pipelines, models, and APIs powering reporting, analytics, and internal applications—collaborating with stakeholders to design dashboards and scalable data products that drive decisions. You will leverage AI tooling to accelerate development, participate in infrastructure planning, and work with Finance & Business Analytics teams to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of data analytics/engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI and building data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, DevOps or similar.
• Ability to design dashboards and scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and design dashboards and scalable data products that answer real questions.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines ingesting data from internal systems and external vendor APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL; contribute to database design, schema and data modeling.
• Leverage LLMAI capabilities and APIs where needed to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to automate manual processes into reusable data products.
• Ensure production code quality and maintain standards; ability to manage multiple priorities.
