Job summary

Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build data pipelines, models, and APIs powering reporting and internal applications. You will work with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable data products and dashboards.

The role requires 1–3+ years in data/analytics engineering, with strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with Azure data services and Power BI. Hybrid office environment; base salary discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 1-3+ years of data, software, or analytics engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Power BI, including building datasets.
• Azure Data Factory, Functions, or DevOps experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or consuming external data APIs a plus.
• Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs or with AI-assisted development a plus.
• Azure WebApp services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and design dashboards, analytics, and scalable data products that answer real questions and drive decisions.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines that ingest data from internal systems and external vendor APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL and contribute to database design, schema and data modeling, and warehouse architecture.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring production-grade quality of code.
• Integrate LLM/AI capabilities into Broadstone Net Lease solutions where needed.
• Develop and evaluate options in infrastructure planning to support new applications and technologies.
• Partner with analysts and business teams to convert manual processes into automated, reusable data products.
