Job summary

Broadstone Net Lease is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build and scale its modern data platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into dashboards, analytics, and automated data products powering reporting and internal apps.

The role emphasizes developing data pipelines, writing SQL, and contributing to database design while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development. A strong ownership mindset and finance/REIT interest are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of data software or analytics engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Power BI including building datasets.
• Azure Data Factory, Functions or DevOps experience preferred.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or consuming external data APIs.
• Interest in finance, real estate, or REITs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs with stakeholders and design dashboards, analytics, and scalable data products.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines ingesting data from internal systems and external APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL; contribute to database design, data modeling, and warehouse architecture.
• Leverage LLMAI capabilities in solutions and ensure code quality for production.
• Partner with analysts and business teams to convert manual processes to automated data products.
