Job summary

Broadstone Net Lease seeks an Analytics Engineer to build data pipelines, models, and APIs powering reporting and analytics. You will partner with internal teams to design durable, scalable data solutions and drive business decisions.

The role requires 1–3+ years of data/analytics engineering experience, Python/SQL proficiency, and cloud exposure (Azure). A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with familiarity in Power BI and API development a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 1–3+ years of data/analytics engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Functions, or DevOps is preferred.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or consuming external data APIs is a plus.
• Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs or AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines from internal systems and external APIs.
• Design dashboards, analytics, and scalable data products to drive decisions.
• Write and optimize SQL; contribute to database design and warehouse architecture.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring production quality.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Broadstone Net Lease solutions where needed.
