ProcDNA is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead – Analytics to advance data-driven strategies in healthcare and pharma consulting. You will analyze and integrate data from diverse sources, develop data-driven solutions, and help establish data quality benchmarks while aligning initiatives with client goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare/pharma consulting (2+ years in the U.S.), and a strong engineering background with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S. market.
• Strong educational background in engineering with excellent academic performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Experienced in generating IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Skilled in identifying reporting needs, suggesting improvements, and communicating findings to both internal and client teams.
• Creative and analytical problem-solver who works effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Integration: Assist and support the integration and analysis of data from various sources, generating actionable insights and creating high-quality data repositories for informed decision-making.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Data Quality and Benchmarking: Assist and support in establishing data quality benchmarks and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Client Collaboration and Support: Assist and support in aligning data initiatives with client goals by participating in meetings, gathering requirements, sharing insights, and providing technical support.
