Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology with deep pharma dataset experience to drive data-driven business outcomes for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will lead end-to-end data management projects, integrating diverse data sources and delivering compelling visual analytics via Tableau and Power BI.

You will engage with clients to articulate requirements, design scalable data warehouse solutions, and ensure governance, security, and quality across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of pharma technology consulting experience, with at least 6 years in the U.S.
• Direct client interaction experience, gathering requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design enterprise data warehouse solutions from scratch.
• Hands-on ETL with Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Informatica.
• Familiarity with data pipelines/workflow tools: Azkaban, Luigi or Airflow.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive and HDFS.
• BI leadership for dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong data governance and data quality management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes to craft technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, and experience working with complex data sets to help clients solve real-world problems. You will play a key role in driving business performance, navigating risks, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Management Solutions: Lead end-to-end data management solution projects for multiple clients across data engineering and BI technologies. Ensure the timely delivery of projects by creating project management plans and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Data Integration and Visualization: Integrate multiple data sources into one comprehensive visualization to tell a compelling story. Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to understand data flows that integrate into Tableau/analytics.
• Client Interaction and Analytics Solutions: Interact with customers to understand their business problems and deliver best-in-class analytics solutions. Engage with UX/UI global functions to design best-in-class visualizations for customers using all product capabilities.
• Data Governance and Security: Understand data governance, quality, and security frameworks and ensure seamless integration of analytics with these enterprise platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

Must Have

• 8-10 years of experience in pharma technology consulting, with at least 6 years in the U.S.
• Direct experience in client interactions, discussing requirements, and managing stakeholders.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and designing enterprise data warehouse solutions from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Informatica.
• Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Azkaban, Luigi, or Airflow.
• Experience with data storage solutions, including SQL/NoSQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Apache Hive, and HDFS.
• Expertise in BI tools and experience leading the implementation of dashboards, particularly with Tableau and Power BI
• Deep understanding of data governance and data quality management frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving attitude with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes to develop effective technical solutions
