Job summary

ProcDNA in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead – Analytics to join our growing life sciences consulting team. You will analyze data, integrate sources, and develop data-driven solutions to help clients improve performance and manage risk.

The role emphasizes multi-project leadership, delivering IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S. market.
Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Experience generating IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance.
Skilled in identifying reporting needs and communicating findings to internal and client teams.
Creative and analytical problem-solver with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Integration: Assist and support the integration and analysis of data from various sources, generating actionable insights and creating high-quality data repositories for informed decision-making.
Solution Development: Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Data Quality and Benchmarking: Assist and support in establishing data quality benchmarks and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy.
Client Collaboration and Support: Assist and support in aligning data initiatives with client goals by participating in meetings, gathering requirements, sharing insights, and providing technical support.
